Required Items and RevTrak

There are a few items that every marcher and guard member will need for the season. We ask that every band/guard member complete the RevTrak required items form each season. Doing this enables the band to collect this season’s fees. Please note that the $20 fee, while listed as optional, is extremely important and valuable to the success of our program. This small fee allows the band directors to purchase the licensing to use a software program telling students where each individual stands on the field at any given moment in the performance. It also covers other expenses throughout the season such as first-aid kits and snacks for traveling to competitions. To simplify the process of ordering items we work with our school RevTrak to make ordering easy. This aids in getting the right equipment as well as eliminating shipping costs. When a required item is very specific, like marching shoes or gloves, using RevTrak insures you will receive the exact item needed. While an item may be required it is not mandatory to purchase it on RevTrak. For example, Guard members are required to have a fanny pack but they can use a fanny pack they already own, can purchase one elsewhere, or can purchase the item on RevTrak. Using RevTrak is a service to simplify orders and make sure all members have what they need for the season.
